I guess not! I didn;t realize that. I'm trying to set up a curl call to allow a customer to upgrade their subscription or downgrade at the end of the payment period and not the current date

If you want to schedule a future upgrade, the Subscription Schedule API is built for that

for the end of the current period, you could upgrade the subscription immediately with proration disabled to not perform a proration to the end of the current period (the default is to prorate the change)
