What Stripe product are you using ? are you using Invoices API ?

I don't know what stripe product i am using, im quite new to it, how can i tell? i can export a report of the breakdown for each payout but this report only gives me limited infomation, i need order number full customer name and what product they purchased if this is possible

yes I believe i have run this report and as detailed as possible but the description for each payment just says stripe payout, i need to know what product the customer has actually purchased?

You should speak to https://resdiary.com/ about order/product information. We have no details on that
