I did not build it myself. I just set up a normal account which my software developer has also tied the App into.

If this is something you or a colleague/contractor built yourselves, you can look at "destination charges" with Connect to automatically transfer a portion of payments to a connected account: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/destination-charges

But if this is controlled by a platform you use or some third party software, you'll need to contact that platform/vendor to understand what flows they can support for you.
