My customers that present a debit card issued as a health savings account are sometimes getting declined, not always. But, the cards that do have declines or throw errors are these HSA or FSA cards.

Thought I'd ask if there's a known issue.

HSA and FSA cards can have fairly strict rules about merchant categories, but I'd recommend that you reach out to our support team with examples declines to get help, while also asking your customers to contact the card provider to ask about why they declines payments to you.
