We have a subscription that has been created and paid for with an application fee percentage. When we want to add a subscription item or update the quantity we want to include an application fee percentage included on that item being added and paid for

When you update the Subscription, pass proration_behavior: 'always_invoice'. That will create an Invoice as part of the change and should have the application fee in it

It looks like we are already setting this to always_invoice and an invoice is already being generated but it does not include a fee
