Hi
the event payment_method.automatically_updated is sent when a payment method’s details are automatically updated by the network.
So if a card that belongs to Google/Apple wallet, and it was updated by the network, I think the event is triggered too.

I don't have an example.
I just saw that payment_method.automatically_updated is mentioned on the Legacy API page https://stripe.com/docs/saving-cards#automatic-card-updates. And it's not mentioned on the new API page.
So I wonder if this webhook event is a legacy API and if there is a newer API.

it's still current and used, it's just that we never created a new section of the docs where it would fit so the information about our card updating feature is stuck in that legacy part of the docs, unfortunately
