Sure, I understand. Indeed, Stripe Connect Express charges €2 per active connected account per month. This means that each connected account that receives payments during a given month will be charged €2 for that month. If a connected account does not receive any payments during a given month, it will not be considered active for that month and therefore will not be charged.
