Hi 👋 do you see a dropdown near the top left of the dashboard page that shows both accounts when clicked on?

It should have the name of the currently selected account displayed.

Thanks for your response. Would that be on the login page on stripe?

When I login to Stripe it asks for a text confirmation number, which I enter, and then only logs into the one employer page. I did not have the option to select the other employer page

No, it's after the login step.

When you log in you're logging in as the user associated with your email address, not into a specific Stripe account. The dashboard then provides you with access to any Stripe account that your user has permission to access.

Yes. Unfortunately, I only see Stripe Express logo in top left and then under that is the "Overview" and "Transactions" tabs for the one employer. I cannot locate the other employer page.

In the employer's app it says I am verified in stripe, so I am unsure if that is an issue on their end

Oh, if you see Stripe Express then you're logging into an Express account. There is a separate dashboard for Express accounts (a form of Connected Account that is created as part of a Stripe Connect flow). I believe that dashboard consolidates all Express associated with the email address into a single view, but that dashboard is something we aren't too familiar with in this forum (we primarily help developers with their questions about interacting with our API).

Oh, ok. Thanks for your help. Do you know if stripe has a customer service number where I can talk to a representative?
