I am unaware of a programmatic method to un-register a domain. I suspect this would need to be managed via the Dashboard.

What is the limit for domains? Is it truly 99 per account?

Just asking as Stripe's docs indicate that some of the steps here are " handled behind the scenes" so I'm not sure if the limits still apply or if there's some other programmatic work happening behind the scenes.
