When you say "our balance should be at 0", were you in negative 100k when dispute amount was taken from your account balance?

So we should have been in the negative between the moment we received the dispute (Stripe would take the 100K from our account) and the transfer_reversal (that happened a few minutes after). But in that case we never were in the negative, we just received the money from the transfer reversal but no money was withdrawn from our account from the dispute

Ah I see. Hmm I'm not sure what happened there. I would recommend talking to our support team about this as they can look at the information on your account and provide more context on what's going on. Our team on discord won't know a ton about this
