Could you share the Payment Intent ID (pi_xxx) where such case was reported?
Without the Payment Intent, we are unable to identify what the issue can be

Great and thanks for responding in a timely manner. Can you tell me how we can check if the amount has been refunded or not like in my dashboard its says refunded successfully and its almost 10 days but he didn't receive any message from bank
