From this limited context, I think you'd need to reach out to your CRM to get unblocked here as they may own this integration. Have you already talked to them? If you have, are you a developer?

I have Sticky.io on the line but they say that is not something on their end

So basically. what Im trying to do is, using my Stripe to run a previous transaction that was tokenized on another gateway

for example: Customer subscribed to monthly subscription and the initial order was through Auth.net

But now, I want to charge this customer with Stripe moving forward instead of Auth.net merchant account

I'm not as familiar with Sticky.io CRM.

From the above, what you're describing is not possible. This customer object would need to be a separate object in your own Stripe account.

So, basically the customer needs to make payment through stripe so I can charge the same card every month ?

Is its acquired through another processor, than it wont work on Stripe ?
