Like did they complete the transaction on the redirect page?
Maybe Klarna just authorizes the transaction first prior to capturing any funds and they didn't complete the checkout page
But idk for sure. The funds shouldn't clear
This is what the customer experience manager described regarding what the customer did:
"A patient "somebody"@gmail.com attempted to pay with Klarna today but was not successful.
Can someone help me read the Stripe logs to understand why it failed?
The customer went to the merchant saying they have pending charges for this, so want to fully investigate and hopefully assure that the charges will drop soon."
Would need to know what they meant by attempted to pay with Klarna. Would need to know specifics about what exactly went wrong. Did they make it to the redirect page, what happened on that page if so, etc.
