Can you share specific examples? A cs_xxx ID? What does 'not working' mean?
Is there an error?
Can you please just share the ID of the session (cs_xxx)
A lot easier for me to debug that way
Ok, watched the video. It's a Payment Link. Can you share the buy.stripe.com URL or the plink_xxx ID

Ah, ok. That's because that's not a promotion code. You've created a coupon, now you need to create the user-facing code that they can enter at Checkout
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
+ Add a promotion code
So a promo code?
Niceee!
Working now, thanks!
One more thing man!
I want to connect the checkout page with a TikTok Pixel, to optimise towards conversions.
Therefore I need the link for the "Confirmation Page", post purchase.
Where can I get that?
You'd configure that when you create the Payment Link
Which page are you expecting to track?
This one
Yeah, that's not possible. That URL will change on a per user basis
Ok, so also possible would be having a custom code.
Instead you should redirect them to an external URL after payment. You can configure the Payment Link to do that
Then I can track button clicks
Ahh
That can work!
Like you said
Where to do that?
Then you can track the pixel there. See: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/analyze-conversion-funnel
When creating the Payment Link, select the After payment tab
There you can configure the confirmation behaviour
The option beneath (sorry can only read/speak English). Something like: 'don't show confirmation page'
And one last thing man. Can I customise the code? To insert a chat software?
So I can give people live support
like elfsight
Not on the Payment Link no. You'd do that on your page before/after sending them to the page
So there is absolutely no option to implement such a link?
In a custom code? @mystic agate
Ok, thanks.
