hi! what's the use case exactly?

you can Refund a previous charge to a customer.

you can create a Stripe account and use Connect to facilitate marketplaces/paying providers etc. https://stripe.com/docs/connect/

let explain first. my client takes payments from his customers and he has to give his customers divident every month
