I don't think so but the user can add a bank account for payouts instead

not for Express accounts I don't think. Why would you want to, what's the use case?

hmm yeah that's not how it works

#

you can have a Stripe account for a business, and the bank account is for that business(and then they can figure out to how to pay their own payroll from that). Or you can have a Stripe account for an individual
