From what I could understand from the feedback of our users, they were following the stripe ACH flow to connect to their bank account. During this flow, they receive their two step authentication code (for their bank connection) but have nowhere to input it on the UI.

AFAIK this shouldn't be related to Stripe, but we can't really tell for sure if we don't have more info
