yesterday i successfully test transfer endpoint but now it say that insufficient balance. As a i remember i have 400usd+ on my balance and i used less than 100usd
Can you share the request ID (req_xxx) that returned insufficient balance? Here’s how you can find it: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request
In https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/balance/overview, Currently on the way to your bank account shows $0 under USD balance section indicated there's no available balance.
Transfer can only be performed if there's available balance on the platform
You may use Bypass pending balance test cards during your testing https://stripe.com/docs/testing#available-balance, so that the funds will be available immediately in the balance
but what happen into my previous balance that's already been completed yesterday

It will take some time for the funds to be available in the balance depending on the country and account
