Thank you. You don't have any balances in CAD and that's why you encounter the "insufficient funds" error.
Actually there is CAD balance in the account which shows only in "Reports" tab -> "Financial reports" in Stripe dashboard but isn't shown in "Balance" tab due to some known issue admitted by my account manager Felicia . Can you please chat to her for better clarification?
