Hello! It sounds like you want to use Stripe Connect for this: https://stripe.com/docs/connect
When using Stripe Connect you don't use the connected account's keys, you use your platform's key and specify the connected account's ID as outlined here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/authentication

to throw in clarification of Stripe's more-or-less standard nomenclature: Stripe is, in general, a ONE-WAY payment processor - FROM "Customers who make payments via various methods" TO "User/Business Accounts that take payments" - either the Platform, or connected Accounts.
For Stripe, "Customers" and "Users" are entirely separate - Users/Connected accounts don't make payments; Customers don't receive payments.
