Can you send the request ID (req_123) from when you got this error?

I'm just making sure nothing was refunded and that this error caught it. I'll debug and maybe have to return if I can't figure it out but I can't seem to see if something happened or not.

It sounds like that payment didn't succeed. Is it possible that there is another payment intent that you meant to refund instead?
