Payment Intents don't have Products. You would need to use Invoices in order to track that

this is a landing page: people buys and voila, no customers no subscriptions. In this scenario, can I relate payments to products somehow??

Invoices need customers, so can not use them

You can just create a blank Customer in that case, but there isn't a way to do this without having a customer
