So after you confirm the SetupIntent you want to pass it server-side and retrieve it. Then you can see the PaymentMethod that is associated with it.

That said, if you are going to charge the Customer immediately, you shouldn't be using a SetupIntent here

You can hide the fields with that

Or you can use https://stripe.com/docs/js/elements_object/create_payment_element#payment_element_create-options-defaultValues-billingDetails-email to pre-fill it
