Can you elaborate on what you mean when you say you didn't receive the payment? Is your code having trouble processing the Payment Intent?

The code has successfully work for confirmation of the account and on my customer account the $10,000 has been deducted

Ah, okay. So there are a couple things to consider:

  1. Depending on the type of payment method your customer paid with, it may take several days for the payment to settle. (ACH is a good example of this: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/ach-debit#timing)
  2. Funds from payments are immediately sent to your bank account, they're first placed into your Stripe balance and are then paid out to your bank account regularly based on your Payout settings.

  3. The timing at which payments settle is dependent on which country your account is located in:

  4. It is expected for your first Payout to not be created for 7-14 business days following your first successful payment:
