We already have Stripe in our ToS. 3 things that are not clear to me: if we go through Stripe Connect Onboarding

is it on full or receipient service aggreements types?
do we still need to refresh our ToS
do we have to call tos_acceptance={"service_agreement": "recipient

During the account creation, you may specify the service agreement type: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/service-agreement-types#choosing-type-with-api

Stripe onboarding page will they collect the service agreement according to the type set

looks like it works even if i dont specify the type

i am under the impression that we don't have to do this if we are using Stripe Connect Onboarding for Custom

If your platform and connected accounts are in the same country, then recipient agreement will not be applicable. It's likely why recipient is not an option in the dropdown menu

If Stripe hosted onboarding is used, then ToS is collected during the onboarding process.

If the onboarding process is completed on your own, i.e. submitting connected account user's information via API, then ToS acceptance information is required to show
