Hello, I have a question, I just had a payment from a client for apple pay in stripe and it was not applied. It appears as a failed payment but it appears to the customer that it is in process.

Can Stripe guarantee that businesses using stripe are legitimate businesses. Is there anyone to talk to if a payment has gone through but the item has never been delivered
The first place would be to reach out to the merchant. They are the ones responsible for providing the goods/services. Failing that using the contact info for Stripe Support listed above would be an option
