As the other user mentioned, you can also create a separate test-only account that has no live mode access at all to share with a dev or QA team etc

I am referring to team members of an account, so yes roles in the sense of being an Analyst or Developer.

Got it, then AFAIk that's not possible. I'd say use a separate test mode only account for that if needed.
