There are some exceptions to the minimum charge amount limit (amount values as low as 1 is allowed) when you are creating payments with certain payment methods, such as iDEAL.

That page refers to "my" bank account, not our users' bank accounts (I'm asking about the ACH feature, which entails our users paying us from their bank accounts). Do you know the answer to my question?

That section of the page refers to Charge minimums, not Payout minimums. That means that it is specifically referring to charges you accept

We only accept USD. Am I correct in inferring that the answer to my original question is yes? Or is there something else that I should consider?

Yes that should still be the minimum charge. Is something working the way you expect?
