that's impossible, you need to create a Stripe account and KYC the recipient to comply with things like anti-money-laundering regulations

I dont want to have to pay each person individually when I get the money into my stripe account
it's more that you make the API call that accepts the payment, and that automatically routes between your account and the recipient's one, and they get paid out from their own Stripe account.
