you could add one of the payout failure bank accounts from https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#payouts to the connected account, and then switch them to manual payout and create a manual payout, I think. https://stripe.com/docs/connect/manual-payouts

Great ! We have already connected the payout failure bank so we will try the manual payout option

However, Manual Payouts do not allow you to get deposit date for specific transactions correct ?

yes, you can't reconcile a manual payout to the payments contained within it

so there's not really a great answer here beyond your "wait some days" approach unfortunately
