I am not seeing the customer.subscription.deleted event for that subscription either. Have you been seeing that event as expected for other subscriptions or is this something that has happened for many/all of them?
@tulip vine , I didn't get you. I believe as subscription status has been changed from Active to Cancellled there should be the event fired. Am I wrong?
Correct, there should be as far as I know. I am not finding the event in our logs either. I can check if there was some disruption on the Stripe side at that time
But that is why I am asking if you have seen this happen outside of this one subscription, could help narrow down what is happening

TBH, both of those examples dated quite a while ago, so not sure if this is a still persisting bug, but surely that was not one-off

Ooh, this might be tricky given the amount of time that has passed since the cancellation events happened
I believe that only subscriptions having invoices marked uncollectable were affected.

I'm not able to find anything quickly related to this event type. Have you received customer.subscription.deleted events for recent subscriptions where retried payments have failed?
