Yeah so this Connected Account isn't under platform controls since your platform didn't create it. So you can't access data via Sigma on this Account and you have limited access overall to its data.

ah, so for future standard accounts, if the person simply creates them differently, we would have more access to the data?

If your platform creates them then platform controls are enabled and the Standard Account can't connect to other platforms.

So since their data is silo'd to your platform, you have access to their data.

I know this one, particularly, was a hassle to create. so maybe future accounts will be easier

Right now, since this account was created outside of your platform, it could have data on it not related to your platform so we don't expose it fully to you as the platform.
