The value is the Charge ID that you want to transfer associated funds from

yeah but how can i make a variable of it or something like this? I'm not i don't know how to do this in php, and the plugin code is quite different from the documentation

Overall you retrieve the PaymentIntent and look at the latest_charge property which will be the ID you want. We can't write your code for you here. If you aren't a developer then you will need to hire one to help you out.
