ei @clever hinge !! thanks a lot for your quick response!! really appreciate it!! that is very interesting, in that terms.. if any sort of fraud happens, an hypothetical scenario in which a bad actor gains access (i know i know.. it's difficult because of 2FA) to the Express Dashboard and changes the Bank Account, who will be the ultimate responsible of the connected account loses?, I mean, could the Connected Account sue the Platform for that? my understanding is the Platform is the ultimate responsible of the connected account loses.. is there any legal document which I can refer it? . I know it's a very "crazy question", but I have an user asking about that and I'm not sure about what to say... 😅
