Can you just restate your current question or the difficulty you are having?
Problem is with SOFORT checkout in both testing and live mode. When I select SOFORT and click on processing, stripe triggers payment_failed event.
event is triggered right after clicking the processing.

There are two requests, I cannot distinguis which one is you need. but only these two requests happened, I just tested with test.

Which should convert to a SEPA DD payment method after the initial payment
I havnt thought or discussed with team what happens after that. maybe we send invoice each month to customer.
Okay so the second request is creating a Payment Method. Are you attempting to save the SOFORT PM for charging later?
No, I am not doing anything. Maybe Stripe is doing it on its own.
Even if stripe tries to do this, it should first let user enter the SOFORT details. It wont let user enter the detail and will trigger the pyament_failed event before that.

Yes, I turned it off after this error occured.
cus_NJ3LFdaTOPth2W is the customer I tried SOFORT with
and in testing mode SOFORT is on
IF SOFORT IS off I would never even see it on checkout ๐
