Hi there
No don't believe we changed anything
Can you provide an example ID that I can look at?
Here's an invoice we received on January 31st, which has a Date value of NULL in our data warehouse. in_1MWPXa2zeDNF2z6pwFtZVx7p
Thanks let me take a look
Thanks!
So to start with, date isn't a property on our Invoice object directly: https://stripe.com/docs/api/invoices/object
There are things like due_date and other properties that might be used to pull date
Do you also have an example where date is shown in your data warehouse?
We can compare and may be able to tell the difference
Is there a way for me to share a file with you, but not in a public thread?
Not really, and there is no real reason to share a file with regards to this.
All I need is another invoice ID
Otherwise, you are going to have to work with your data warehouse platform on how they are importing this info.
Sounds good

The data comes directly from Segment
In Segment, you can see that there is a date field in the invoices collection
Ah you are going through our Snowflake pipeline
Sorry, missed that.
Okay we really don't know much about that stuff here, sorry. We only focus on the API and not these data pipelines. You really are going to be best off reaching out to our Support team about this specifically: https://support.stripe.com/contact/login
