One of the things that come to my mind is
1/ Create a subscription as you'd typically would
2/ Accept the payment for first invoice and listen for invoice.paid
3/ Add a trial period until week 1 thursday
The only way to move the billing day is by moving the billing_cycle_anchor

Yes, I checked billing_cycle_anchor but noticed I could only assign it a timestamp on creation. However, that way I couldn't get the first payment to check.
But that work around of adding a free trial until the 2nd payment is very well thought! Many thanks!
