It doesn't say "Available Balance". It's likely to land in your account soon. You can check with Stripe Support about it: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
However, you can perform transfers before that if you link a charge to the transfer: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers
so it's kinda pending? am i right? because the admin just top up a few minutes aggo
when the transfer confirmed there will be something called available balance?
Yes it's pending.
It takes longer than charge confirmation to reach the available balance, like a few days.
However, you can perform transfers immediately, if you can link them to a charge, as in the doc I shared.
