Thanks for sharing! As per my checking, using raw card number is only enabled on platform alone and not on connect integration.
Can I suggest you writing into to Support https://support.stripe.com/contact and inform that you wish to use raw card number with connect integration as well? It'll be helpful to include the request ID (req_uWkNFxsedQQzZy) in the email.
In addition, I strongly recommend to use platform API key + stripeAccount for connect integration. Using connected account key is legacy and no longer recommended
