I do see the previous_attributes contains the pause_collection fields but it doesn't fire the paused or resumed events

If that is the issue I'll also file some feedback to see if we can get this fixed to work with test clocks in the future as well

Alright so turns out this Webhook is new and is related to another feature that is rolling out this week.

That would explain it, so i guess for now customer.subscription.updated is the only event at the moment?

Yep that's correct. You should start seeing the other Event shortly though
