Unfortunately this has not been resolved in over 6 months

This has confused developers in our account and needs to be resolved

I want our account flawless

going to continue coming into support queues when i have time as well, need our account cleansed and perfect

not trying to be difficult either, but to our knowledge this should be a very simple fix by deleting those out of the DB and the team is refusing to do so

I am on chat support with valentine who is seeing the ability to delete this from her end, which is not aligned with what I have been told here and the other support ticket created for this...
