No i just need to verify the card. Either it is valid or not
The card is not attached to the customer. Is this possible to check validity of the card without attach it to the customer?
No, those validations are either performed at the time of a payment, or when the Payment Method is attached to the Customer.

When we will attach a card to customer then it will send the email to the customer either it is valid or not?
