Only when Stripe Connect is used, your platform will be able to perform transfer from platform to connected account.

For cross border payout (different countries), only platform in US is supported. If both platform and connected accounts are in Canada, transfer can be made.

It's possible if both platform and connected accounts are in Canada. The connected accounts should be either Express or Custom connected account

can we transfer from merchant to connected without source transaction bcz we have already money in our account?
