Yes, I want to upload identity documents for express accounts.

That's not something you do. You would send the Express account holder to the Express Dashboard to do that, or send them to onboarding if it's not yet complete.

If you had Custom accounts you would need to do it via the API, but with Express accounts this is handled through Stripe's hosted surfaces. 🙂
