Hey river! So I am pushing my new updated setup to our site that includes Express account setup with only transfer capability and the recipient agreement so that our foreign accounts can receive transfers

I tested with US, which is our main Stripe account, and it worked fine, but I just tried with a foreign country and apparently I have to request approval for our platform to set this up. The error states: "Your platform needs approval for accounts to have requested the transfers capability without the card_payments capability. If you would like to request transfers without card_payments, please contact us via https://support.stripe.com/contact."

But we desperately need this right now. Is there anyway to push this approval through now?

this isn't something that we can help push this through on this channel i'm afraid. You'll need to reach out to Stripe Support : https://support.stripe.com/contact/email

i would suggest emphasising that you need it as soon as possible
