Invoice doesn't support shipping rate. You'd need to create a line item separately for shipping.

Just flagging we're releasing Invoice + ShippingRate support soon. No exact launch date but hopefully in a few days to a few weeks

We don't usually say this but also it might ship soon so I'd recommend contacting support at https://support.stripe.com/contact/email and asking for access to this, they might just get you into the beta

That's great, thank you. Just out of interest when that ships; if I create a percentage based coupon, will it apply the discount to the shipping rate too?
