the problem is even when i try to retrieve it from the API (the same you sent) it returns the same pending status.

Ah, we are aware of a processing delay and are deploying more resources to get the queue time down.
So I'd just give it some more time to process

I don't have a specific time I can share when that report will be ready but that delay is in line with the issue we're working on solving
