We aren't very well-equipped to diagnose card testing in this channel. There are a few ways that this could be done using your Public API Key and some Stripe object that your webpage generates, but there's no way for us to help figure that out on our end.

Stripe does have a team that has access to tools and metrics to see what kind of card testing might have been happening, and help pinpoint what to do to ensure it doesn't happen anymore.
