Hi ๐ to clarify, when you say the period is set to a month, is that the length of a billing period of the Subscription, or is that the maximum time period you're allowing Smart Retries to attempt a retry within?
Thank you for that clarification. I am not entirely certain, but I think those retry attempts may stop before the end of the month-long timeframe that you specified, if the retry process hits the maximum number of attempts before the retry period ends.
Ok! Can you validate to be sure? My support team flagged me an issue about the fact that an invoice/subscription is closed before the end of the month.
Do we have to remove smart retries to make sure that our grace period is enforced?
Can you share the ID of the Subscription?

It was ended on January 12nd, but the month ended on January 15th

๐ stepping in. Yes that's correct -- Smart Retries just find the best time to retry within the period. They don't guarantee the last retry will be on the last day of that period
