If it's an Invoice number specific to Wix, you could just add it as metadata to any of the Stripe objects you're using

Aside from that, I don't have a lot of context on Wix or how to hook it up to Stripe

Its not a Wix invoice it comes from a fitness services software that doesn't integrate with anything else

So it's just a number field on Wix
